Join us on Memorial Day for our Murph Challenge, a powerful workout honoring the sacrifice of our nation’s heroes. This event is about perseverance, unity, and gratitude pushing ourselves physically while reflecting on the meaning of service and sacrifice. All fitness levels are welcome. Come ready to challenge your body, strengthen community, and honor those who gave everything.
